Refund and Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point, the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In such cases, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days

We retain the discretion to approve any cancellation requests and may ask for additional details before making a decision.

Once you have received the product and/or service, a replacement, return, or refund will only be applicable if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform.

Any request for a refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or within the period specified on the Platform, which shall not be less than three days.

To request a refund, a User must:

  • Submit a claim by raising a support ticket or contacting us at support@syedabduljaleel.space.
  • Provide a clear and specific reason for the refund request, citing the exact terms that have been violated.
  • Include any necessary proof, if applicable.

All refund requests are subject to approval at our discretion, and we may request further details before making a final decision.
